We want to make sure your experience at Sweet Heaven Boutique is the best possible, in order to exchange your order, you MUST ship all returnable item(s) back to us within 10 business days from the day you received your package. All orders that have exceeded this time frame become a FINAL SALE. Policy strictly enforced.

Pre-Order Dresses 

* Because all of our Pre-Order dresses are made with love just for you, All of our Pre-Order items take 3 weeks to ship from your order date. If you need the dresses sooner please contact our customer service sweetheavenboutique@yahoo.com before purchasing, once the order is submitted we cannot speed up the delivery process 

*All of our Pre-Order dresses are custom made just for you making them FINAL SALE. In the event that your pre-order dress did not fit you, we will gladly exchange it for a different size. Same time frame of 3 weeks apply. Please ask all questions you might have prior to purchasing, once we've submitted your order to production, there is NO cancellations! 

Exchanges

* Sweet Heaven Boutique is happy to exchange any merchandise that isn't worn, washed, altered, or Final Sale for another size. The customer is responsible for return shipping, but all exchange items will be sent back out with free shipping on us. 

*In the event that the item you originally purchased is out of stock, a store credit will be issued to you 

* Sweet heaven does not offer any refunds at the moment

* We recommend shipping your item(s) back with both insurance and a tracking number that way you are protected from the possibility of loss during shipping and will know whether your package has been received by our staff.
