GENERAL

Q. What are your hrs of operation?

A. We are open for customer service  Monday-Friday 10:00A:M- 5:00PM Pacific Standard Time

 

Q. Do I have to register to place an order?

A. Nope! Just go ahead and checkout if you don't feel like registering :)

 

Q. But are there benefits to registering?

A. Of course! It's totally free, and you can:

     * Place an order with just a few clicks (no filling out your details every time)

     * Check your order status and history anytime you want

     * And keep items in your shopping bag so you don't have to re-select them next time

(But just so you know, the things in your cart aren't saved and can still sell out!)

 

Q. So how do I register?

A. It's super fast. All you have to do is:

     * Click the "Register" button on the right-hand side

     * Fill out all your info

     * Check the box if you'd like to receive special offers from us (and trust us, you do!)

     * And press "Create"

The email address you provided will be the username you use to log in. Easy, right?

 

 

Q. How can I get a hold of you?

Q. How do I use your promo codes? 

A. All promo codes must be input at the time of checkout by the customer. 

 

Q. How does your dresses run? 

A. Our sizes are based as US sizes. We try our best to give a full description of all of our dresses. If you have additional questions you can always email us sweetheavenboutique@yahoo.com and we'll be happy to assist you. 

 

 

PRE-ORDER DRESSES

Q. I just ordered a dress from your Pre-Oder selection, when will I receive it? 

A.  All of our Pre-Order dresses take 3 weeks to ship! If you place your order on a Friday, your pre-order dress will be submitted to production on the following business day.  If you need the dress sooner please contact our customer team sweetheavenboutique@yahoo.com

 

Q .Can i exchange my pre-order dress for another one?

A. Unfortunately there is no exchanges on all of our pre-order dresses, making them FINAL SALE! We will however gladly exchange them if you need a different size. Same time frame of 3 weeks will apply to receive your exchange.

 

Q. Can i return my Pre-Order dress and receive store credit?

A. All of our Pre-Order items are custom made just for you making them impossible to return. We encourage all of our clients to ask as many questions prior to buying. Once we submit your order to production there is NO  cancellations or returns!

 

Q. Why does all Bandage Dresses take 48hrs to ship?

A. We make all of our bandage dresses PRE-ORDER or regular  with LOVE! While our PRE-ORDER bandage dresses take 7-10 days to ship, our regular bandage dresses take 48hrs to process and ship out. 

 

 

Q. What are your forms of payment? 

A. We accept any major credit & debit cards as well as PayPal! You may choose the option you'd like to use at checkout.

 

Q. Do you guys offer wholesale?

A. Unfortunately we do not offer wholesale at the moment. Sweet Heaven is a growing business and hope to offer this selection in the near future!

 

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE

Q. What carrier do you ship with?

A. We ship all orders with UNITED STATES POST OFFICE

 

Q. How do I track my package?

A. Please copy and paste the number provided to you into the track box at usps.com

 

Q. I haven't received any confirmation emails?

A. Sorry about that! It's possible that the email went straight to your bulk/spam folder, or we may have an incorrect email address on file. But no worries, just contact customer service sweetheavenboutique@yahoo.com and we will verify whether your order was placed and re-send any confirmation emails

 

Q.When will my order ship?

A. All orders that are placed by 2pm PST are shipped the very same day! If you placed an order after cut off time, your order will be processed and shipped the following business day.

 

Q. How long does your shipping take?

A. We know how  exciting it can be to buy a dress you Love and that is why we ship via USPS Priority. Estimated delivery is 2-4 business days YAAYY 

 

 

 Why stop shopping when you can receive free shipping?

Q. How do I get free shipping? Is there a coupon code I can enter

A.  No coupon code necessary! Sweet Heaven Boutique is offering free first class shipping on all continental U.S orders. You must purchase a total of $50.00 worth of merchandise before taxes, shipping and handling. 

 

Q. I qualified for  FREE SHIPPING, how long until i have my package?

A. All of our orders that are shipped with FREE SHIPPING are shipped via USPS first class. You'll receive your beautiful dress within 1-8 business days

 

 

RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REFUNDS / STORE CREDIT

Q. Do you provide return labels?

A. We apologize for the inconvenience, the cost of shipping back your item is at your cost. 

 

Q. I just received my package and I need to return/exchange it?

(Please keep in mind that all returns/exchanges must be done within 10 business days. All EXCHANGES and SALE items are FINAL. No Exceptions)

 

Q. I have a store credit and I'm dying to use it

A. If you were provided store credit code please input the code at checkout to deduct the amount from the dress cost only.

 

 Q. You don't have a physical store?

A. At this time, no. But you never know what could happen! For now we're happy to be an online-only store, which allows us to get you the best in new merchandise as quickly as possible -- our number-one priority.
